Bodytweaking is a non-consumer fitness-based lifestyle
Non-consumer doesn’t mean that you suddenly stop to buy/consume things. Non-consumer means that you only buy/consume thing that you need and that are within your budget. You don’t throw away cash for unnecessary gear.
If you buy something, this something is an object of fundamental need. Or it is something, that after long research, you have decided will help you a lot to achieve your aims. This object must be within your budget capacity and be of good quality so you can use it for a longer period of time and avoid unnecessary consume in the future.
Get the most out of your assets
For example: You do need shoes for running. So you buy shoes of the best quality that are going to serve you more than just a year. On the other hand you don’t need AbWheel abdominal trainer. That trash doesn’t work and you don’t need it to work your abs.
Power in simplicity
Our philisophy meets Zen’s minimalistic approach to one’s needs in life. Simplicity makes life easier and more effective. Fitness is just a byproduct of that lifestyle.
A bodytweaker hasn’t got much to lose. The most important asset of a bodytweaker is his mind and his body. Therefore a bodytweaker isn’t afraid to fail, to lose a job, etc. A bodytweaker is free. That inner freedom opens up a whole range of new opportunities. Freedom in your way of thought, for example, may help you to achieve financial freedom.
Break free from social dogmas and beliefs. Break those consumer chains that are holding you. Become an individual, not a marionette of society. Become a bodytweaker.
If you’d like to find out more, then just stick around.

Now, the most things that you see on TV, internet, newsletter, etc. aren’t really necessary to keep you in shape. If you want to spend your hard-earned dollars on stuff that can be avoided, go head.
There are only few things that cannot be avoided. Things that we are almost fanatically devote ourselves to:
- Good pair of running shoes
- Good pair of dumbbells
- A clear mind and a brain

[…] This is the workout the actors from "300" had to go through. No machines, no expensive equipment. Just old-school brutal force to build muscles and cut fat in record time. A training aimed at real strength and performance, not even close to the "pussies" bodybuilding. The looks came as a by-product. Quality above quantity: a true bodytweaker spirit! […]
