Reffering to the last post by Wit about the coffee benefits. I’ve implemented a cup of coffee without sugar into my diet before my triceps morning workout today. I’ve started my exercises right after finishing my cup. Results:
- Arm extensions: 20% more than last week.
- Bent over extensions: 15% more than last week.
- Bench dips: 28% more than the last week.
Coincidence? Too early to make any conclusions. Let’s see what happens tomorrow…
