Ok. As I stated in my previous post, after implementing a cup of coffee just before my morning triceps-workout my performance rose up to 28%. I went on with this experiment for a couple of days and here are the newest stats of increased performance:
- Squats: +18%
- Deadlifts: +15%
- Dumbbell Press: +10%
- Front dumbbell raise: +12,5%
- Rear dumbbell raise: +12,5%
It is important to mention that I hadn’t had such a drastic increase in my strength since my beginning days of bodybuilding. I also didn’t change my routine nor my diet (except the cup of coffee as first thing first in the morning). It seems that coffee helps to rocket-start my metabolism in a record time of 3-5 minutes. And I didn’t feel any depressing fatigue as sometimes in the morning.
I’ll go on with this experiment and post my overall strength increase. Let’s see if I can double it in a month or two.
Cheers!
