		<description>hey...
i have been jogging for about 3 weeks with my boyfriend, he is a good jogger but every time i jog i get really sore calf muscles - so sore that after about 15minutes i just have to walk it off - they feel tight and stingy - after 15minutes i dont feel to fatigued and i would love to keep running but the pain is too much - how can i prevent this? do i need to just run through the pain? is it my shoes? this is a real dilemma for me~~
