		<description>i need to lose weight on my lower legs.... how???? help!
i go to the gym 3-4 times a week... i have lean upper body..but my legs are bulky... chunky.... thighs im not so fussed about as i know they will lose weight with diet and exercise slowly but surely.. but lower legs are just a confusion for me.
in the gym i do 
treadmill incline 15 speed 7. 20min
stepper - 10min
sking machine- 20mins
cross trainer- 10mins
what am i doing wrong? help! help! help!</description>
