A healthy dessert

As Wit said, we are on a trip again this weekend. I had to plan and prepare everything for it in the last 4 days. So sorry for not posting. I didnt even have time to prepare my food.

So here is a dessert recipe that tastes wonderful, is VERY healthy and can be prepared in 2 minutes.

What you need

    • 1 cup muesli
    • 1 apple
    • 1 125gr low-fat yoghurt

    Cut the whole apple in little pieces. Add muesli and yoghurt on top. Mix it. Thats it! It tastes wonderful, sweet and has only 200-250kcal.

    You can eat it between meals or even instead of the last meal before bed. In the hot spanish summer I like to put the yoghurt and the apple in the fridge so when I do this “mix” (call it whatever you want. Like: “Bodytweaker dessert” ;) ) it is cold like an icecream!
