		<description>I forgot to add that we did take potassium tablets on the trip. However I didn&#039;t take any before we started. Afterwards I got like 4-6 tablets (during the day) and the muscle crumps did not return. However the muscles did hurt a little and I did feel tired.

		<description>I used to get cramps alot when I was on the High School Swim Team.  The worst was in my calfs.  My swim coach told me to to eat more bananas (for the potassium).  He said that potassium helped avoid cramps.  I remember her saying that bananas contain necessary electrolights to which help muscles avoid cramping.
