I love this site and come here a lot for inspiration etc.  So I have been trying to really follow your instructions eating healthier, jogging and weight training regularly... I have changed birth control because I want to lose 30lbs so so so so so badly... but since I started weight training I have gained weight!!! like 5lbs.. is this normal at first? do I just keep on going and it will suddenly begin to fall off?
I am on weightwatchers right now, I&#039;m really trying but it is so hard for some reason!
let me know what you think works well for women and if there are any suppliments or whatever that I should be taking.
